How It Works at a Ceremony

Snow machines stage on either side of your ceremony area, on the ground or elevated, depending on the site. During your countdown, our operator holds. Lights on, snow on. We run continuous snowfall through the peak of your event and can cycle flurries for longer ceremonies so the effect never gets old.

After dark, in the glow of the tree, the effect is the thing people photograph. Those photos are your marketing for next year's event.

A Few Things to Know

Yes, naming your municipality or organization as additional insured, delivered before the event.

Yes. We'll invoice against your PO and provide a W-9. Deposits can be waived for municipal bookings on approved POs.

Tell us in your quote request. Standard outlets nearby work fine; beyond that we'll plan cabling or a generator at the site visit.

No staining, no residue. The snow dissipates on its own. One honest caveat: heavy snowfall can make smooth walkways slick, same as the real thing. Our operator meters the output and we plan machine placement around walk areas at the site visit.

Then your event looks incredible and our machines make it look even better. Real weather doesn't interfere with the effect. Heavy rain does, and your date transfers at no charge.

Snow season runs November through January, and tree lighting dates cluster hard in the first two weekends of December. We book in the order deposits and POs arrive. August–September is when the smart ones call.
