1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of the website and services offered by Party Foam LLC. By accessing this site or booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• 50% non-refundable deposit required at booking
• Final payment due 48 hours before event
• Failure to pay in full may result in cancellation without refund

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Events may be rescheduled once for free due to weather (3-hour notice required)
• Cancellations within 7 days result in no refund

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe, level event space with water/electricity access
• Ensure adult supervision for minors
• Accept responsibility for guest behavior and damages

5. Service Limitations

We may refuse or cancel service due to safety concerns, weather, or equipment failure.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content including logo, design, and media is property of Party Foam LLC and may not be reused without written permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for injury or damages resulting from misuse, unsafe behavior, or environmental factors. We carry general liability insurance for covered incidents.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Disputes will be resolved in Burlington County, NJ courts.
